Hai guys so it has been a while since I write my last article in my blog. So every time I open my blog it feel so dry and like it feels like there is something wrong but never mind because today I am gonna tell you about UNDRSTAND AND MAKE SURE YOUR SHORT-TERM OPTIONS KB.

So basically KB (Keluarga Berencana) pills that has hormone estrogen and progestin. Estrogen is also called as sex hormone for women. The term "estrogen" refers to all the chemical hormone group consisting of estrone, estradiol (primary in women of reproductive age) and estriol. Its are Estrogen plays a role in puberty, plays a role in the development of traits or secondary sex characteristics, such as breast growth, pubic and underarm hair. Estrogen also helps regulate the menstrual cycle, controlling the growth of the uterus lining during the menstrual cycle. If the woman's egg is not fertilized, estrogen levels will decline sharply, and there was menstruating. However, if the egg is fertilized, estrogen will work with progesterone, to stop ovulation during pregnancy which means menstruation does not occur.

1.      Pill KB

·           Contain hormone estrogen and progeston

·           Drink 1 capsule a day at the same time

·           It is effective if regularly drink (3 pregnancies than 1000 users)

·           Save for all Mom and can stop anytime to get pregnant

·           Cannot protect from HIV and other sexually transmitted infections

So, Don’t use it if:

·           You smoking AND above 35 years

·           Suffering high blood pressure

·           Has a breast cancer, heart cancer, stroke, and migraine.

·           Having bleed in vagina that has not been known what it cause

Beside for pills there are some invasive KB.

2.      Injecting monthly KB

·         Contain hormone estrogen and progeston to be injected regularly every 4 weeks

·         It is effective if regularly drink (3 pregnancies than 1000 users)

·         Save for all Mom and can stop anytime to get pregnant

·         Cannot protect from HIV and other sexually transmitted infections

So, Don’t use if:

·         You smoking 15 cigarretes a day AND above 35 years

·         Suffering high blood pressure

·         Breastfeding infants less than six months

·         Has a breast cancer, heart cancer, stroke, and migraine.

Having bleed in vagina that has not been known what it cause

3.      Injection Kb three month

·         Contain only hormone progeston to be injected regularly every every 4 weeks

·         It is effective if regularlly drink (1 kehamilan dari 1000 pemakai)

·         Save for nursing mothers

·         Save for all Mom and can stop anytime to get pregnant after 4 month

·         Cannot protect from HIV

So, Don’t use Pil Kb if:

·           Has a breast cancer, heart cancer, stroke, and migraine.

·           Having bleed in vagina that has not been known what it cause

Addition to the help from outside of the body. Mother's body also could create their own KB breastfeeding.

4.      KB For nursing mothers L.A.M (Lactation Amenorrhea Method)

·           KB using way of exclusive breastfeeding up to 6 months; the baby is not given any additional food except ation; distance of breast-feeding during the day not more than 4 hours and the night is no more than 8 hours

·           Very effective (5 pregnancies than 1000 users)

·           Mothers should use other birth control when not exclusively breastfeeding, infants already more than six months, or already menstruating (not menstruation during the first 9 weeks after delivery).

·           Cannot protect from HIV and other sexually transmitted infections
